Dreaming of Seven Days

To open our hearts; it's just not our style

But we gotta now; cause it's been a while

Being here with you; underneath the stars

Riding the waves; riding the bumper cars

Eating Lucky Charms, playing bocce ball

We're playing for the Cup; don't you be cheating, Paul

Will the Pirates win again; how do they do it so

I'm dreaming of seven days with you

CHORUS

I'm dreaming of the beach

I'm dreaming of the sand

I'm walking down with you; we're walking hand-in-hand

Of heading out to Bert's; and 'nana pudding too

I'm dreaming of seven days with you

How about T&W, mmm... I don't think so

How about the Sanitary Fish Market

That would be, "hell no!"

How about the water park

Ok c'mon let's go

I'm dreaming of seven days with you

CHORUS

It's our last night; yes it's putt-putt time

We're on the 18th hole; the Cup is on the line

The kids cheer each other on

Their joy is there to see

We're blessed by all of them; we're blessed, you and me

And then we find each others' eyes

We know what soon will be

So we talk about next year

To escape the inevitability

We kiss, I hold you tight

Then I close my eyes and see

It's time for dreaming of seven days with you

CHORUS
